Since doing the 10 simple steps I have changed some of my unhealthy eating habits. Instead of snacking on sweets all day I prepare fruit first thing in the morning that will last me for the whole day. In the Afternoons I would always reach for a biscuit but now I have a few nuts instead. I have lost 2lbs in one week and feel so much better inside.
