All you need to bring is yourself and an intention to relax, go with your flow and enjoy yourself. I will guide you through the rest and by the time we finish you will feel relaxed, energised and motivated.

You will feel clearer in your mind and be thinking straighter 

You will have some “me time” and able to completely switch off and let go with a deeply relaxing meditation that guides to feeling how you want to feel

You will receive a recording of the meditation to use at home
