What we're really hungry for is a new relationship with food, our bodies, and life...

It’s hard to feel relaxed, confident and enjoy life when our energy is taken up with worries around food, drink and what other people think.

The problem then though is when we’re not feeling at ease with ourselves, negative emotions kick in, logic goes out of the window, binges happen and THEN we beat ourselves up for it.

I understand the fears around failure and deprivation that keep us stuck and feeling frustrated with ourselves. I get it, it took me a long time to find ease with the complex emotions, shed layers of unwanted fat and kick a binge drinking habit.

Shame is our biggest enemy - Feeling ashamed about our habits (especially the secret ones), feeling shame around failure and feeling shame when we look in the mirror, It's a costly emotion that keeps us disconnected from ourselves, our relationships and living our life as who we want to be

It's no wonder we feel frustrated, irritated and short tempered. We may do well for a while but when those negative emotions show up again so does the need to reward or comfort ourselves with a good blow out or binge and the  shameful self critical cycle begins again. There's a lack of motivation to try again and sometimes a feeling of powerless to change it

It can feel scary though to cross that threshold of feeling better and doing better as there are  other fears  too, such as what will I do instead?, What if I can't do it? What will people think? and where will I fit in  if I succeed? 

If diets and distractions fixed it you would not be reading this now.

There is a  different way  though where you can reclaim your confidence to make long term changes both inside of you and outside of you.

All that's needed is a willingness to accept yourself and learn how to be kind to yourself instead of trying to criticise yourself into a better place. Then it's possible to make the practical changes in a way that honours your body, your mental well-being and your personal goals long-term.

Welcome to the High Vibe Healthy Self Plan, which is so much more than healthy eating . It's about reclaiming YOU and who you want to be, how you want to live and how want to feel.

We will feed your mind, body and soul so that you can improve all aspects of your health, fit into the clothes you want to wear, feel good about the decisions you make and reclaim a sense of freedom and control over your life.

We will work with shifting those self-limiting beliefs that cause feelings of frustration, self-criticism, and learn how to use self-compassion instead.

We will raise your vibration and energy to transform those triggers that keep you stuck and we'll figure out what you need in a situation and how you can give it to yourself instead of filling feelings with  food/drink and the distractions that prevent you from living your life feeling good about yourself and your decisions. 

We will work on prioritising you and organising your time and your mind, so that you move towards your goals and change habits, no matter how overwhelmed, busy or stressed you may be feeling.

This works with who you are and transforms old ways of thinking and the habits that don’t serve you when it comes to looking, feeling and living as the person you want to be.

This course supports you and guides you practically and emotionally to release anything that may keep you stuck in not feeling good enough, worthy enough or confident enough.

This is where you start to drop comparing yourself and any worries about the opinions of others and fitting into societies expectations.

This is about transforming not conforming to who you think you should be and what you think you should look like. This is about honouring what you want, discovering what works for you and simplifying that to fit into your life as it is now.

This is the beginning of a new journey for stepping into our own brilliance and becoming the original superstar that we already are.  You just need to be willing to say "I'll give it go" .

High Vibe Healthy Self Plan

The High Vibe Healthy Self Plan works with you practically, emotionally and energetically for  transformation. The guidance, support and accountability gives you everything you need to inspire a new adventure into a long lasting lifestyle change.

It is an 8 Week on line programme designed to build a solid foundation allowing you to grow in your life

This is where you embrace a new concept of healthy eating in a way that engages your soul and feeds your mind good nutrition as well as your body.

The energy work will help you clear old beliefs, stuck thinking patterns and unhelpful feelings. You raise your inner vibration, shift your perceptions and change unhelpful habits.

At the end of the 8 weeks You will feel lighter on the inside and the outside. Through the power of inspiration rather than deprivation you will have learnt how to build new sustainable habits into your life. You will feel so much better about yourself, your body and the decisions you make. Your energy levels, confidence and vitality will improve. You will have a tool box of techniques you can use to shift your moods, your energy and your actions when you need to.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITY – Is to be willing and do the work to make the changes the best you can.

MY RESPONSIBILITY - Is to provide you with the magic and the material for the course, support and coach you as a group to help keep you accountable to yourself.

MY INTENTION – Is to help give you a new sense of purpose so you are an inspiration to yourself and others.

The coaching happens via a secret Facebook group where you have daily access to me, plus some live question and answer sessions. I'll be available to guide, support and coach you. You'll also get a weekly email with information/material for the weekly themes of the course.  (you can see the weekly themes below).

You can sign up right away and as soon as you do you will receive the high vibe healthy eating guide with two videos. The first video helps you choose the methods of eating/nutrition that most resonate with you for emotional wellbeing, changing habits,  and reaching any physical goals such as weight loss, getting leaner or improved energy.

The second video will show you an example plan to help you make yours. This will show you how to fit new habits into  your life as it is now.  We make your plan together once the course starts, though you can start making  changes right away  and get familiar with the food, shopping lists and methods listed in the guide.

WEEK 1: ENGAGING THE SOUL

A deep dive into what inspires you the most and finding your WHY power that will activate your inner motivation to make your changes from a place of personal power.

You will discover the two big things that make a powerful difference to how motivated and excited you feel about making your changes

WEEK 2: ALIGNMENT GOALS  

From your most inspirational WHY power we begin to plan the practical steps in alignment with who you are, what you want, and that fit beautifully into your life as it is right now.

This is a subject we will build on and tweak throughout the course so at the end of the 8 weeks you have your long lasting plan.

WEEK 3: NEW HABITS

We get clear on what needs to go, what we want to build, and focus on what really makes a difference (which is often not what you think it is).

BONUS: You will receive a metaphysical meditation for a journey into habit change and replacing lack of self worth with self love and self compassion.

WEEK 4: BLASTING OLD BELIEFS

This week I bring you a LIVE EFT session (Emotional, Freedom, Technique, otherwise known as tapping).  

We will clear layers of beliefs that keep you stuck repeating patterns that are not in alignment with your desires. 

This benefits all of you and will give you a tool you can use in everyday life to move you towards your goals. 

WEEK 5: TRANSFORMING THE TRIGGERS

We will learn to safely feel the feelings that trigger any self sabotaging actions that keep us stuck.  

We will then look for new self loving ways to fill the real need we have and to reduce and eliminate the unhelpful actions that move us away from our true desires.

WEEK 6: MOVEMENT

We will look at what kinds of movement and exercise will enhance your life and help you reach your goals in the quickest time possible on your own terms.

BONUS: Two exercise guides to help you make the right decisions and eliminate some common mistakes.

WEEK 7: BREATHWORK

I will show you how to use some vibrant breath work to help you bust through the blocks that come up and increase your vitality levels. These are quick and easy to do and use in everyday life.

BONUS: You will receive a video copy of the breathing exercise to use anytime you feel you need its energy

WEEK 8: GIVING YOURSELF PERMISSION

We will update your self-belief file inside yourself so that you see yourself in a new way that will support your new habits.

I will take you through a process so you can step into your new self image and embody it fully.

Hi I’m Jayne,

A woman with a quirky past, plus over twenty years experience working in health and wellness and I’m dedicated to helping you live as your healthiest self in the full expression of who you are.

I’m a trained wellness coach, meditation teacher and exercise instructor. I’m also a student and teacher of metaphysical methods.

My mission is to open you up to a different way so you can make changes to your mind and body from inspiration rather than deprivation and accomplish long lasting changes where you feel an inner confidence in yourself, your body, and live in the fullest expression of who you really are.

In my own journey I have transformed body images challenges, distorted eating patterns and a full on binge drinking habit.
