Welcome and congratulations for making this commitment to yourself. I’m so happy to have you on board.

We will begin the course on 28th September as a group. If you have signed up early then please take the time to look through the first set of resources and sign up to the facebook group.

FIRST IMPORTANT THING -  CHECK ALL YOUR INBOXES FOR A CONFIRMATION EMAIL TO GET ON THE HIGH VIBE EMAIL LIST - YOU NEED TO CLICK AND RESPOND TO THIS IN ORDER FOR ME TO SEND YOU EVERYTHING YOU NEED.

Below you will find some links for the resources and these are also available for you in our secret facebook group which you can join using the button below. Please join straight away as this will be our main hub for coaching and sharing and I have put a welcome video there for you. It would be great to get connected as soon as possible and find out a little bit about you all.

Once you have downloaded your resources, read through the guide, and have watched the videos, please don’t hold back on making any lifestyle changes that you think you could start straight away. It would be beneficial if you have had even a quick read through the guide before we start on 28th September, but don't worry if you are a last-minute joiner and haven’t had time we will be working on this all during the first week.

You may also like to listen to the Self-Acceptance meditation. The intention of this meditation is to bring in acceptance to where ever you are now and start completely afresh, from a new place of ease.
