I am so grateful to Jayne for her coaching…

Jayne Spenceley was recommended to me by another coach. I felt very comfortable with her right away; she has a direct and clear way of speaking which makes you feel sure that she is listening carefully and taking in everything you say. Her questions always made me think harder about myself and what I wanted to achieve. She seemed able to get below the surface quickly and without making me feel the slightest bit uncomfortable. I felt sure that she would be supportive and encouraging.

I initially wanted Jayne to help me find a way to add meditation and going to the gym into my already busy schedule. Jayne seemed like the ideal coach from this perspective but she turned out to be better than that. Jayne helped me to think deeply about my motivations and how to keep my life balanced as well as supporting me to achieve my goals. She encouraged me to recognise my achievements even when they fell short of my overzealous ideals and soon I was able to set myself more reasonable challenges and make the whole of my life work well.

I never felt that the Jayne was pushing me; Jayne helped me to find my own motivation and to secure that in a positive vision for my future. I found I could make the lifestyle changes I wanted to make with Jayne by my side guiding me to find my intrinsic motivation and use it well.

I am so grateful to Jayne for her coaching and would recommend her without hesitation. She is an insightful and strong woman and has helped me make positive changes to my lifestyle that will last.

I’ve done bloody amazing on Jayne’s High Vibe Healthy Self Plan

I can feel my body has changed in such a short space of time. I feel so different in my clothes. I feel an emotional shift and feel lighter in more than just a physical way. It feels like I’m reclaiming myself.

When I look in the mirror I can see a really strong woman emerging. I seem to have completely reset my hunger levels too and I’m not snacking. I feel so much better in myself, my energy levels have gone through the roof and I’ve stopped crashing in the afternoons.

It’s been great working with Jayne as a coach. Sometimes it’s hard to see your way through or around a situation but Jayne’s inspirational, calm and straightforward approach is like a beacon shining across the ocean helping you find your way. It’s down to you to believe and to commit to making changes to your direction in life but with Jayne there with you every step of the way demanding accountability (in a firm but friendly way) it’s 100% worth the effort. Brilliant for helping me deal with daily stresses

I have loved these sessions, even when they have been challenging I can always tell I have changed something after each one. It has been brilliant for helping me deal with daily stresses. It has calmed and energised me and I generally feel much better about everything. I eat better and sleep better. I couldn’t recommend Jayne’s sessions highly enough.

Invaluable time for myself…

Having coaching with Jayne was a fantastic experience…

Having coaching with Jayne was a fantastic experience. She works with you to help you identify what’s most important to you and what you want to achieve; the all important ‘why’? She’s taught me a wide variety of techniques to help me be kinder to myself, cope with anxiety, guilt and stress and the importance of self care.
