MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP  (no contract): You can join us via our Membership site where you have constant access to all live classes and the weekly recordings. The ON LINE PLUS includes a section for Nutrition, a section for Mindfulness Meditation. Plus more live classes (pre recorded), more fitness (pre recorded) & Specialised Pilates Classes (pre recorded). These library’s are added to monthly.

MONDAY

YOGA FLOW AND MEDITATION AT 8. am (45 mins): Start the week by connecting with your body and let go of tensions with some yoga flow movement for strength, flexibility and freedom in body & mind. Finishing with a short Mindfulness Meditation. You will start your week in a magnificent place both physically & mentally.

TUESDAY

BODY CONDITIONING AT 9.30 am (45 mins):  Tone up and burn fat in the least time possible. A great workout for maintaining/building essential strength and lean muscle. The class is suitable for all levels, easy and harder options will be provided so you can work out at your own level

WEDNESDAY

PILATES AT 9.30 am: Pilates works on proper postural alignment and develops strong core muscles as well as improving coordination balance and flexibility. All Pilates classes are multi level ones. These Pilates classes are designed to help you age well with ease and feel energised in your body.

FRIDAY

PILATES AT 9.30 am (60 mins): Pilates works on proper postural alignment and develops strong core muscles as well as improving coordination balance and flexibility. These Pilates classes are designed to help you age well and feel energised in your body
