One on One Coaching


Health and Wellness Coaching is for you if:

You want to improve how you feel
You know it’s time to change but don’t know where to start
You have tried diets, gym memberships, and various other options but need something different that is specific to you and your needs
You have a lack of motivation and energy
You are not happy in yourself but find it difficult to make changes
You are stuck in a cycle of overeating or overdrinking and need a plan with support and accountability to break free

One on One coaching can be conducted in person, on the phone or online using skype. 6 Week and 12 week packages are available.



Heal your relationship with food and body image

This 12 week program is for you if you are struggling with any of the following:
You feel ashamed of your body
You are in a cycle of dieting, bingeing and guilt
You hate your reflection in a mirror and probably photographs of yourself too
Feelings of worthlessness because you never reached ‘goal’ weight or you failed again on your diet
Food feels like a form of self harm or punishment
You beat yourself up over how you look or what you eat
You numb how you feel by filling your feelings with food
You have tried most things diet-wise and have constant thoughts about how much you weigh

This program is a combination of coaching and expert advice so that:
You can feel happy and confident in the way you look and feel about yourself
You can improve your relationship to food to one that is calm, relaxed and enjoyable
You can take back control
Improve your self worth and self belief so you can enjoy life more
You can change your mindset for a whole lifestyle shift where you never have to think about dieting again
You can learn to figure out what you need in a situation and give it to yourself instead of turning to food to fill a feeling
You can feel happy when you look in the mirror

Group Wellness Coaching


For general health and wellness.

Group coaching focuses on specific general health and wellness challenges such as nutrition and healthy eating, weight loss, and managing stress.
Jayne can provide group coaching workshops for community groups, organisations and businesses.
